BD Diabetes.com 
Information about managing diabetes with diet, exercise, pills and injfections.  Has a section on caring for a chid with diabetes which includes booklets for school personnel.

Children with Diabetes
Many articles on all aspects of diabetes in children including diabetes at school, information for teachers & caregivers, camps, nutrition and recipes, chat rooms and sections just for kids.

Diabetes Monitor
Everything about diabetes types I and II, including: camps, monitoring devices, exercise, government, medications, news, nutrition, organizations, pregnancy, travel, etc. Has Spanish section.

Diabetes New Day  
Contains a wealth of advice on managing diabetes, especially type 2. Include information about exercise, a glucose tracker and a "Fast Lane" which is about eating in fast food restaurants.
