American Brain Tumor Assoc
Full text brochures, articles, news on all types of brain tumors, and their newsletter.  Section on how to find clinical trials.  Links to other cancer sites and web chat rooms for cancer patients.

American Cancer Society
Both adult and childhood cancers covered here.  Has information on types of treatment; living with cancer; complementary & alternative treatments; survivors' network; and directory of cancer treatment centers and local ACS chapters.  Includes Spanish educational materials.

Asian and Pacific Islander Cancer Info
Languages: Chamorro, Chinese, Chuukese, English, Hmong, Khmer, Korean, Kosraean, Marshallese, Samoan, Thai, Vietnamese, Yapese.  Basic information on common cancers from National Institutes of Health and other foundations.

Bone & Marrow Transplant InfoNet
A non-profit group serving the needs of the transplant community; has a very good newsletter, book lists, drug database, news bulletin services and long list of resources.

Cancercare
Non-profit organization whose mission is to provide free professional help to people with all cancers through counseling, education, information and referral, and direct financial assistance.  Emphasis is on adult cancers. Has Spanish materials.

Cancer.gov   (National Cancer Institute)
Has current information on all types of cancer, treatment, testing for cancer, prevention, coping with cancer, supportive care, genetics, and clinical trials. Includes Spanish materials.

Children's Brain Tumor Foundation
Non-profit organization founded by families, friends and physicians to provide support and raise funds for research.  Has details of services, events and articles.

Children's Cancer Web
A non-profit site with comprehensive information on specific childhood cancers including an annotated directory of related links.

Cancer Clinical Trials Database
Searchable database of cancer clinical trials in the US.  Site maintained by the National Cancer Institute

ClinicalTrials.gov
Lists government supported clinical trials on ALL diseases - not just cancer. Searchable by disease, geographic area, age of patient, phase of trial, etc.

Clinical Trials Listing Service
Lists  more than 41,000 industry- and government-sponsored clinical trials as well as new drug therapies recently approved by the FDA.  The  site is designed to be a resource both for patients interested in participating in clinical trials and for research professionals.

Colordo Cancer Resources Guide 
Cancer information for all ages of patient.  Extensive list of links in the "Resources for All Cancer Patients" on everything from alternative treatments to financial aid sources.

Coping With Chemo
Intended for teens, this animated video from Starbright takes teens from diagnosis through celebrating their last chemo.

Curesearch
A non-profit organization which supports a network of childhood cancer programs at institutions throughout North America, Europe and Australia.  Full text information on childhood cancers is in the "Childhood Cancer" link at the top of the page.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
Current booklets on leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma; can be ordered or printed online.  Single copies are free to the public. Has a directory of chapters across the country.  Includes many Spanish publications.

Lymphoma Foundation Canada
Good information on the lymphatic system and lymphomas.

National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship
A guide to events, support groups, inspiration, and websites on research, clinical trials, pain management and specific types of cancer.  Has a Spanish language section.  Focuses on the emotional needs of the patient and family.

Neuroblastoma Children's Cancer Society
Acts as a connection between families who have just received the diagnosis to families which have been through treatment.  Also has an area where messages can be posted here and anyone can respond.

OncoLink
A good home base while being treated and later. Oncolink one of the best sources of information found on the Internet and will provide you with current information on the latest in cancer treatments. Can be searched by keywords.  Good basic information. Updated monthly by the University of Pennsylvania Cancer Center.

Pediatric Oncology Resource Center
A place for parents, friends, and families of children who have or had childhood cancer. Information about and links to common childhood cancers, diagnostic procedures and treatments; family support including financial issues, and grief links.

People Living With Cancer
Sponsered by the American Society of Clinical Oncologists, this site explains cancer, cancer types; has a 'Community Center' where you can search for cancer specialists (oncologists) by city,state, and type of cancers treated. You can find clinical trials; a cancer drug database and links of articles on cancer.

E-mail pen pals for children with long-term medical disorders.

Denver Metro Area Groups
