American Academy of Asthma & Immunology
Click on the "Patients & Consumers " link to get to information on all aspects of asthma and allergies, including allergies to plants, food, latex, pets, insects and testing for allergies.  Includes information on medications and other treatments. Has English and Spanish sections.

MyAsthma
Provides complementary disease management services with conditons such as asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure. Users can send questions to site specialists and participate in chat rooms and forums. Users can track symptom triggers, peak flow, and medication use and see changes over time.

National Jewish Center for Allergy & Immunology
Choose the "Disease Information" tab for patient information on all aspects of asthma: diagnosis, treatments, exercise, triggers, etc.
