Places to Stay Near The Children's Hospital

If you or your family are not from Denver, it is very important that you are comfortable and oriented to the city during your visit to The Children's Hospital - we'd like to help.

The Children's Hospital Concierge Desk can help you find area restaurants, services, or anything else that will reduce stress, ease your burden or make your free time more productive. Places to Stay

We encourage parents or guardians to stay with their child at all times. However, sometimes it may be necessary or convenient to have additional lodging options. The following lodging facilities are for families of patients.  Please contact them for rates, availability and a more detailed understanding of their services.

The Ronald McDonald House in Aurora

The Ronald McDonald House serves families with a seriously ill or injured child being treated at The Children's Hospital. Families wishing to stay must live at least 30 miles from The Ronald McDonald House. The cost is $15 a night.  A shuttle to and from the hospital is provided.

Located in Downtown Denver, the cost is $35 a night. A shuttle to The Children's Hospital will be provided.

In service of cancer patients and their families, Brent’s Place provides individual, fully furnished and equipped apartments to make an extended stay easier and more comfortable. Please contact your hospital social worker for additional information, including eligibility, availability and fees.

Coming to Children's?

Our visitation policy is changing on October 1, 2009.

For the health of our patients, sick visitors and children under age 12 are not allowed in inpatient areas.

Please familiarize yourself with our current visitation restrictions before your visit.
