Patient Representatives at The Children's Hospital

We are here to help

Thank you for choosing The Children’s Hospital for the care of your child. Everyone at The Children’s Hospital wants you to be pleased with the care that we give your child. We also want your stay to be as pleasant as possible.

We have volunteers who work on behalf of patients and act as a go-between for families and hospital staff. If you have an issue or concern about your child’s care, please tell a member of the staff. If they cannot resolve the issue, please call a Patient Representative.

Patient Representatives visit with as many families as they can each day and evening. If you have not met one and would like to, please call 720-777-6887. They are here to help you. The Volunteer/Patient Representative office is on the first floor of the hospital and is open from 8AM to 9PM, Monday through Friday. It is also open from 8:30AM to 6PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Thank you for your confidence in The Children’s Hospital.

Lynne Hedrick, RN, MS

Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services, CNO
