There are approximately sixty (60) conference rooms programmed throughout our new hospital building ranging in size from 60 square feet to 2,203 square feet. In terms of seating, Children's has the flexibility to accommodate quite sizable groups in our new Conference Center (approximately 11,000 square feet), which is located above the cafeteria on the second floor of the hospital building. Conference rooms in the Conference Center are named after collegiate peaks. Several conference rooms can be consolidated into one large conference room through the movement of soft-wall partitions and other conference rooms accommodate a media center for press conferences and expanded video conferencing technology. The outdoor terrace that is adjacent to the new Conference Center and Lecture Hall will accommodate outdoor social gatherings.
