The Children's Hospital onsite Blood Donor Center provides for the special blood product needs of its patients. Located on the first floor of the Administrative Pavilion, donors will continue to provide whole blood, platelets and plasma for the many procedures performed at The Children's Hospital. The new, expanded center includes five patient rooms for therapeutic procedures and 12 donor chairs arranged in pods of three.

Designated parking in the family and visitor parking structure is available for volunteer blood donors, as well as the valet at the main entrance of the hospital or the Emergency Department (ED).

The Blood Donor Center is open Monday, 6 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Friday, 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
