Patient Education Handouts from The Children's Hospital
The Children's Hospital makes selected, copyrighted, Patient Education Handouts available to physicians, nurses and other qualified healthcare professionals free of charge. These Patient Education Handouts are intended to facilitate healthcare education between healthcare providers and their patients and families. They are intended to be distributed to patients and families only by the healthcare provider, who agrees to review the information directly with the patient and/or family members.
Approved educational materials produced by The Children's Hospital are reviewed and/or revised every three years by the Patient Family Education Committee. While this process is intended to ensure that the most up-to-date information is used in developing educational materials, it is the responsibility of each distributing practitioner to review all materials for current and accurate trends in practice.
