New badges ready for pickup

The Children’s Hospital is implementing new employee badges as part of the transition to our new campus and Electronic Medical Record system. If your badge does not have a white background and a new Balloon Boy logo, you need a new badge.

  • New badges will provide all your current access and will be activated for access to the new hospital following orientation. Badges will be essential for the new access system. Plan to pick up your badge at your earliest convenience to assure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Community attendings, surgeons and dentists will need new badges. They can stop at Parking Services to pick up badges as they are at the hospital through the summer to see patients or to do procedures.
  • If you have not had a badge photo taken within the past three years, you will need a new photo. (It takes just a few minutes.) If you have a current photo, your badge is ready for pick up.
  • If you have questions, call or email Wanda Belton, Parking Services to arrange for pick up.
