Physician Relations Offers Orientation To Doctors

The Physician Relations department offers orientation to The Children’s Hospital for new doctors, both hospital-based and those in the community. Hospital tours and face-to-face introductions with new colleagues help welcome new staff to one of the country’s premier children’s hospitals.
Specifically, help is available with:
- the badging process
- parking privileges
- arranging a professional photograph
- scheduling TCH Connect (remote electronic medical record) training
For doctors relocating from out of state, we can provide:
- help with finding a realtor
- information about Denver neighborhoods and school districts
- tours and informational lunches for spouses
In the spring, an orientation manual will be available with information about:
- hospital history and vision
- hospital satellites and clinics
- research opportunities
- professional development
- quality and patient safety
- computer access
- physician relations and customer service
