Children's Roberta Smith Comments on Rise of H1N1

The Denver Post reported on the rise of H1N1 cases in Colorado in a Sept. 23 article that featured input from Roberta Smith, infection control nurse at Children's.
"We're preparing for the possibility that H1N1 influenza and seasonal influenza will be circulating at the same time," Smith said.
Children's has been preparing in case of a particularly bad flu season by stockpiling masks, gowns and gloves since the spring.
