10-year-old battles H1N1 at Children's

Campbell Crockett, 10, came to The Children's Hospital after having a spike in fever and then difficulty in breathing. He spent six days in the intensive care unite at Children's where he was diagnosed with pneumonia, a complication of the H1N1 virus.

Dr. Chris Nyquist, medical director for infection prevention and control at The Children's Hospital, says this virus seems to be affecting more children than adults. She suggests anyone with a fever that persists beyond a couple of days or returns within a couple of days, visit their primary care provider.
