The Children's Hospital Hosts Reunion for NICU Patients

Former patients of The Children's Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), family and staff gathered for a reunion on June 7. The Denver Post covered the event and featured stories of former patients Pushapman Brar, now 4, and Madison Marino, 3, as well as their families.

Lynn Cavaliero, RN, director of Children's NICU, and Jan Bernhard, RN, were quoted in the article. "It is very rewarding to see them come back," said nurse Bernhard of the former patients.
