Bill Lajoie's wellness program was part of a three-segment profile on Denver-area people who incorporate volunteering and exercise. Lajoie volunteers each Saturday for his SHAPEDOWN program at Children's, which includes weekly education, counseling and exercise sessions for overweight kids and teens.
