Children’s Hospital implements fully integrated pediatric EMR

The article announced Children's implementation of a fully integrated electronic medical record system (EMR), which is easily accessed through the hospital's computer network. So all healthcare information, such as patient's medical records, can be now be stored and retrieved in this way.

Dr. Jim Shmerling, president and chief executive officer of The Children’s Hospital, commented, "With this system, we have enhanced the communication between our teams to ensure we are delivering medical care safely and efficiently to our patients. In addition, we are excited to integrate the EMR system into our new facility."
